The cancellation request is made within 30 days of the plan’s enrollment date.
No service requests or claims have been filed or processed during this period.
After 30 days from the enrollment date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Non-usage of the warranty.
Change of mind.
Sale of property or transfer of ownership.
Duplicate plan purchase or error in selection.
This policy is in place to ensure service consistency and administrative efficiency.
Regardless of the timing of your request, refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
One or more service requests or claims have been made on the plan.
The cancellation request is submitted after 30 days of the plan start date.
The warranty term has ended.
The contract was part of a promotional or discounted offer marked as “non-refundable.”
